HELM Windows Hosting - POP3 Password Policy

When creating or updating a POP3 Mailbox in your HELM Windows Hosting Accounts please ensure the mailbox password complies with our password policy.  If your password does not comply you will receive and unable to update error message.

To view the current policy click the blue "quickhelp" link on the POP3 Account editing page.

Our current policy is as follows
The password MUST contain a mix of upper and lower case characters, at least one numeric character and be a minimum of 8 characters long. Passwords that include the mailbox name or the words test, password or pass are also not acceptable.
