Database Connection Errors

If you are receiving a Database Connection Error with your MySQL Application one of the things to check is the case of your username and password.

MySQL is case sensitive so check that the case of the database login created matches the connection string being used by your application.  If you are still experiencing issues please try entering your database user name all in lower case.
